Biographical / Historical

Dr. Elias Willard Frisbie was born May 12, 1799 in Pittsford, Vermont. He died July 31, 1860 in Phelps, New York. He is interred at Resthaven Cemetery in Phelps, New York. He moved to Phelps, New York at the age of 20 after completing his education at Castleton, Vermont. He shared a medical practice at Phelps, New York with his father Dr. William Frisbie. He was an early member of the Ontario County medical Society.
